At Suntegrity Skincare, we are interested in developing relationships with new retailers. Please know that we carefully consider all applications and make decisions based on a variety of criteria. If you are interested in becoming an authorized retailer, please begin at Step 1 below (the other steps are outlined so that you can preview them). Please understand that Suntegrity does not offer exclusivity but tries to be respectful of competitive locations in tight proximity.

- Click this link and complete the PDF form questionnaire, save it locally and then attach it to an email to info@suntegrityskincare.com.
- Upon receipt our team will review the application and reach out with the next steps or any questions or clarifications needed as we consider your application.
- Please note that we do not allow any "Amazon-only" sellers or similar with 3rd party platforms like UBuySell, Walmart, etc.

- You must also send a copy of your state seller permit/resale exemption certificate from sales & use tax board.
